Susie's Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas Pillowcases

I am sending Susie's pillowcases in a box with the family's Halloween goodies.
She is getting the black cat/owl/pumpkin fabric for her Halloween pillowcase.
This turkey/pumpkin fabric for Thanksgiving. (Thanksgiving fabric for kids is tough to find!)
 And peppermint balls for Christmas.
Julie and Kate have candy themed Christmas pillowcases, so this will be a nice match.

Mila's and Kate's Halloween Pillowcases

I love sewing holiday pillowcases for my grandchildren. I just finished the Halloween pillowcases for Mila and Kate.
Mila is getting the pumpkins and the owls are for Kate.

It's just the end of September, but the holiday fabrics are out. I need to go look for some Thanksgiving fabric now!

Titan's Halloween Pillowcase

Jessica told me that Titan now uses a pillow and would want a pillowcase when I sent Cambria's. I ordered some more fabric and sent this picture to Jessica so she could choose.
She chose the fabric on the upper left.

The Quads' Halloween Pillowcases

I made these for Julie, Cambria, and Ian. (Whitney got hers when her siblings did.)
Julie is getting the purple one, and Ian and Cambria the two grey ones. The other two will be sent to Drew and Annalie Thomas.

Halloween Tablecloth

For some reason, I never made myself a Halloween tablecloth. I rectified that today!
It says, "Happy Halloween." I love the cider color.

Whitney's Halloween Pillowcase

I am going to begin sewing pillowcases for the grandkids when they are three instead of two, but since Whitney has older siblings who noticed she did not get one when theirs arrived (when I began this tradition), I started making her one along with theirs last Christmas. Here's her Halloween one.
After this, she just needs her Thanksgiving and birthday pillowcases, and she has a complete set!

Halloween Pillowcases

Continuing the new pillowcase tradition started last Easter, I made Halloween pillowcases for the older grandchildren while I listened to Saturday's General Conference sessions.

The green bats are for JC and Braden, and the kitty/pumpkins are for Trinity, Addie, and Corinne.

Here is a picture of JC and Trinity with theirs.
Braden asked if the bats glowed in the dark - what a great idea! I am going to see if I can find that kind of fabric for him in the future.
