The Quad's Christmas Pillowcases

I had twelve different fabric choices for the moms to choose for their kiddos Christmas pillowcases. Jessie chose my absolute favorite for Cambria's!
 Cambria's.
Titan's. (I am making his set early because he is old enough to notice and want what his sister has.)
Julie loved this fabric. I think it fits her sweet personality.
I love this polar bear fabric in green! This is what I used for Ian.
These were for for Drew and Annalee Thomas.

The Quads' Thanksgiving Pillowcases

Well, more than the quads - Jessica has asked that I make one for Titan, too, so his is included here, too.
Titan's is on top, and Cambria's on the bottom.
 Julie's.
 Whitney's.
 Ian's. (His matches JC's.)
As a bonus, I made table runners for Sarah, Vanessa, Lisa, Ashley, and me from this beautiful fabric. And, I made pillowcases from the same fabric as Ian's and Whitney's for Drew and Annalee Thomas.

Titan's Halloween Pillowcase

Jessica told me that Titan now uses a pillow and would want a pillowcase when I sent Cambria's. I ordered some more fabric and sent this picture to Jessica so she could choose.
She chose the fabric on the upper left.

The Quads' Halloween Pillowcases

I made these for Julie, Cambria, and Ian. (Whitney got hers when her siblings did.)
Julie is getting the purple one, and Ian and Cambria the two grey ones. The other two will be sent to Drew and Annalie Thomas.

Halloween Tablecloth

For some reason, I never made myself a Halloween tablecloth. I rectified that today!
It says, "Happy Halloween." I love the cider color.

Kate's Blessing Dress

Emily and Cole asked me to make Kate's blessing dress.
With help from Emily, we picked out a pattern...
... and some cute eyelet fabric. (I love fabric.com.)

I got busy about three weeks before the blessing, cutting out the lining and the dress.
I discovered I had not ordered enough eyelet fabric and had to order more. Luckily, it came in time for me to get the dress sewn.
 It turned out SO CUTE!
Emily and I agreed that a grosgrain ribbon around the waist would be a nice touch.
Perfect! And, as a surprise, I invited Emily's sister, Cathy, to knit some flowers for a headband.
Because everyone was in town, Curt, Kyle, and Andrew stood in the blessing circle.
A moment to hold Kate as we took pictures.
Vanessa helps me adjust Kate's dress before a photo.
Here's the bow that Cathy knitted.

It was a lovely afternoon, and while we were all sad that my mother's death is what brought us together, it is also what provided the opportunity for all my sons to participate in Kate's blessing,

The Quads' 4th of July Pillowcases

Here are the 4th of July (and Memorial/Labor Day, too) pillowcases for Julie, Cambria, and Ian. (Whitney's was made when I did her siblings'.)
Julie: chevron at bottom, Cambria: large stars at right, and Ian: popsicles in middle.

(For the Thomas kids, I gave Drew the small stars and Annalee the chevron.)
